Patient/Carer experience (Whiteleaf Centre- Aylesbury)

We are looking for a volunteer to help the Bucks Early Intervention in Psychosis Service team gain feedback to improve services and helping the team with delivering excellent care to our service users. They are a multi-disciplinary community mental health team specialising in first episode psychosis for the 14-65 years age group. The volunteer would assist with phone calls to patients on the caseload and ask for their feedback about the service and supporting other admin duties including printing, scanning etc. The role will be based in Aylesbury so is ideal for someone living nearby and has a relevant interest.
